330i bmw 2001 model

Hi i serviced my car and changed the air pipe cause there was a hole in,but my
car still revs while i'm driving or stopping at a robot,yesterday i put a new air
flow meter in,but still the car revs,what can still be the problem

No lights are on,yes i did scan for codes and nothing came up,no nothing was changed only the Air pipe,is a smoke test expensive and where do i do that,and I have no idea what all that VCG or DISA means lol but thanks for the help!!!
