I'm looking at a BMW 530i//m package with 270,000k owned by a BMW technician with all records of car up to date service with two sets of rims and tires mint condition in and out for $5500? Good price?

Be careful/be sure...take it to a BMW tech for a check up. Worth $50. or $100 to be as sure as you can, since it could cost you 5 grand or more if the car needs several items.. just saying...

Both goods points form the other two replies. I love & own BMWs ...but there is a good reason they depreciate so much ...when the warrantee has expired & they need work ...they usually go up for sale! BMW single biggest problem is what they charge for parts & work at the dealership ...simply ridiculous. But ...if one can pay for the parts ...many mechanics can do the nuts & bolts work if it is not an electronic or computer problem. But that is a lot of miles ...tread carefully!
