Break noise

My front right side makes a scrubbing noise when I
mash the breaks. Not a constant scub, more pulse
scrub. Like when the breaks hits a spot on the
rooter. Is it the I need a new one or what. 2 places
said my breaks a good. But can't tell me nothing
about the noise that's getting worse. I need help.
