My 2011 F350 battery light is on and all the power to the dash cuts on and off but still runs fine New batteries and alt. any guess'

My first guess would be that it sounds like someone didn't tighten something down. Check battery terminal connections and all wires from your alternator. Check your grounds also. If everything is 100% just re-post and let us know....if it does this all the time, try putting a volt meter on the output of the alternator. If the voltage fluctuates drastically, your voltage regulator may be bad.....should be a constant 14 volts or so.

It is a fuseable link under the battery on the passenger side. It is a known issue on the 2011 F350 diesel. I've had to have mine repaired twice already.

Do they sell fuseable links replaced all of wiring loom for alternator and still have only 13.4-13.5
