2011 explorer limited front and rear blowers not working after water in cab

Asked by Czachary Jul 11, 2019 at 07:36 PM about the 2011 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Went camping this weekend and when we were leaving I had a huge puddle
of water on the floor drivers side on my 2011 explorer limited.  Not sure how
the water got in, still stumped on where it trickled down.  Anyways, I dried the
vehicle out, in that time I was having issues with my locks, key fob, car
ignition, navigation and the blowers not working.  Everything works now
except the blowers.  Rear and front blowers aren't working on any speed.
I'm stumped on what it could be.  Is there a common point between the
touchscreen and both blowers?  A fuse there or anything?  I can't assume
both motors went out or even both resistors.  Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe try checking to see if drain for AC plugged and caused water damage. Which maybe shorted wiring out?
