i have a 1999 cadillac deville delence i went to start the car for the third time that day it cranks but wont complety turn over put a new fuel pump an filters still doing the same

Engine should "turn over" no matter what the fuel pump is doing. sounds like a weak battery possibly.

I did have that professionly checked it was good its now showing car may not restart anti theft system an serv stability system
