On my 2008 Dodge ram pick up, how do I bypass the fuel pump relay?

I don't know the engine size? In the diagrams I looked at, no separate fuel pump relay. The integrated power module sends voltage to fuel pump. Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? Any applicable codes? If you use jumper wires for voltage and ground, with proper inline fuse and the pump is good, it will probably run, but, that's not the proper fix. There could be safety issues and safety is your responsibility. Just my opinion.
