2011 Cadillac SRX Throwing P0172 and p0175 code

Asked by 2011CadiSRX Mar 31, 2019 at 01:02 AM about the 2011 Cadillac SRX Performance AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My SRX is rumbling intermittently at a stop, so I can't get a clear diagnosis or
quote because it never seems to do it at the dealership.  The check engine
light has come on so I have gotten codes p0172 and p0175.  Because I can't
get a clear answer on how much it will cost to fix, I'm trying to have a
technician friend fix it instead.  I can see all of the possible causes.  Anyone
have any idea where I should start?  I seen that the fuel pump was a
possible problem on the 2010.  Anyone else have a similar problem

Mine was the Fuel Pump. Happened for 9months till it finally died out on me at light, and was bogging terribly. Mechanic kept it a week to try to make sure that was it since it was 900.00.
