My 97 deville back brakes won't brake and there is no pressure in my brake petal its not the lines just had them replaced so if you might know what it is let me know please

Did you bleed all the air out of the brake system after replacing the lines? If not you will need to bleed it all out.

You should get your grandparents to pay for a professional to bleed the system.
