2011 Toyota Rav 4 oil leaks or problem

Oil leak source and how to fix it? Any issues with corrosion on water line?

I'd Retorque the head, the head gasket is decomposing~ with any luck an oil/coolant / coolant in Oil situation has not happened, with this might declare the water pump is worn, and the timing tensioner bushing's worn~ replace the head gasket and re-torque~

head gasket is soft, retorque, then replace the head gasket~
