It’s located next to the blower motor in the rectangular black box, looks difficult to remove though

I pulled the blower motor out and looked in the path on the discharge side of the blower and no filter as Bob said......a number of times. I ran the fan out of the housing and it blasts air out so my conclusion is. As the unit has no filter then the crap the fan draws in goes straight into the rectangular box which l would say houses the heater/aircon element which is where the obstruction lies. I will try and syk myself up to pull it out....... There will be a lot of beer involved I'm sure.
