2011 GMC Sierra 4×4 SLT

At gas station yesterday and when I left a tic
started and I lost oil pressure.  But before
this happened the truck was very quiet. Oil is
at the right level. And there is 219000 miles
on it

You can measure the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge and replace the oil pump but I think you are due for a new engine.
