Check for codes even if u think it's the same one. Could be as simple as ur air filter.
It's most definitely your camshaft positioning sensor Bank 1 I had the same problem. it has a bank 2 cam sensor also but I'm sure it's Bank One.
My car was doing the same it cracked in two spots

So if there is someone who can help me here, I’m having the same issue. I’ll check for cracks. What’s the cost on the camshaft positioning bank 1 fix/replace?
Ok so I see alot of people are having the same problem I had it as well I went thru every forum I could find and nothing helped until I took it a little deeper and thought a bit on my own and I came up with it had to be the throttle body at first I was going to replace the entire thing but mechanic wants 280 just to put it in I can do it myself but it has to be programmed sounds hard rite not really YouTube has a video of it and it's super easy I tried it and took my car on the highway and I'm now able to do well over 100 mph. Hope this helps out https://youtu.be/CR-AjHCslhs
