Truck won’t fire up

Truck will not fire up will turn over strong but
won’t fire up. Replaced fuel pump and still
won’t fire up. Fuel pump not turning on either
I checked for fire and it isn’t getting fire to the
fuel pump

you need to test for fuel pressure , spark . Are the injectors firing ? check for good ground for fuel pump at the tank disconnect , some vehicles need a certain fuel pressure , just having it won't do
