Dodge journey won't start all the time

I have a 2011 dodge journey. I just recently replaced my
starter. Since replacing it my car has been acting up. I was
told my starter relay needed replaced. I've since replaced it
twice. My car will start sometimes but if I shut it off it
won't. Other times it just won't start. I am not sure what's
going on with it. I was told I could've possibly gotten a bad
starter. I need help....

Make sure all electrical connections are clean and tight , may be a junk starter out of the box .
