05 Crossfire rear window falling out. Called the Chrysler # and was told the extended warranty is VIN specific and does not cover all Crossfires. Anybody know if this is true?

Does anyone still have the authorization letter they could send me? My window just started to begin to fall out and of course it’s raining today.
