my back windows stop working, my front windows work just fine. the back windows will not open nor do they retract when door is opened.

I dont know what is wrong...fuse or relay module...wjhen i close the back door,
glass is not in window rubber seal...is this an expensive fix?

Where was the fuse, what is labeled and how many amps was it?
