Help! What can we do about our VW Jetta sportwagen 2010 that has been in the shop for nearly 6 weeks? What are our rights?

Asked by LincolnMassVW Jul 07, 2015 at 09:51 PM about the 2010 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Our car originally went to the service
dept at the dealership because the
ESP light went on but after several
failed attempts they say they fixed
that but the break pedal goes to the
floor upon the first time you drive it. I
have not driven the car in 6 weeks so
this is all just what the dealer is
saying. We have been in touch with.
VW regional case manager but at this
point I don't know what to believe.
Or if we just demand a replacement
vehicle. We are original owners and
car only has 47,000 miles on it.
