My Car will not start

I was driving and all of a sudden my break light came on and service
engine soon light than all my lights came on than my car lost power and I
could not turn my steering wheel. Once I got the car to the side of the road
it would not crack back up once I cut it off.A man came to help me and the
belt had came completely off now like I said it will not start, can anyone tell
me what the problem might be because I have to get it towed but I am
trying to see how much I will be coming out my pocket.

Hopefully it's just replacing a belt- sounds like it- and you will get lucky and it won't be over a hundred- good luck-

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima my car all the electrical went off I swapped batteries and it cranks up but it does not go into gear now I noticed that my alternator was extremely dirty full of oil I purchase the CRC spray spray that thing on there and it cleaned it up but my fiance had to remove the alternator and deep clean the alternator now you try to put a battery on there and it's
