coolant fans not coming on,car overheating, heater not getting warm

Have you checked your coolant level?
If heater not warming, check for coolant flow. Closed thermostat, or failed water pump likely. Look for coolant leaking from water pump weep hole, unusual grinding or squeal from pump. Confirm belts are tight, not worn or loose, hoses not cracked, swelling, blocked or leaking. Rad cap seal good, coolant level normal. Finally, turn on a/c to check rad fan, if not working, replace. For maintenance, flush radiator every few years to remove sediment.
My 2001 sebring coupe 3.0, v6, don't work the cooling fan that going next to the radiator, already replace, termostat, radiator because was braking I think was because was hot, temperature sensor, and after 30 minutes fan don't star to work, gauge temp is ok but radiator and hose are so hot, also if I move or remove the wire from temperature sensor fans star work, is weird

It may be the fan relays, check out this article that explains how to replace the relays: http://www.johnfixesstuff.com/2015/06/how-to-fix-2001-2006- chrysler-sebring-radiator-fan-relay.html
