what could make my car not want to run

I have an 03 Ford Mustang GT . Today I was driving it went to the car wash and after I did it act like it wanted to die on me and it was losing power . Well I went and got gas treatment and fuel injector and put it in there and when I backed out of the driveway it just died on me . Put it back up in park pulled back in the driveway turned it off and let it set for a min when I started it back it act like it didn't want to start and it kind of had a knock to it so I am puzzled to what may be wrong with any suggestions
