Have you thought about measuring the fuel pressure, both before cranking and running?

Have you force fed your gas tank when filling? When it clicks off the first time it's full. If you force more gas into the tank, raw gas is sent into the vapor return line into the canister and can be sucked up into the purge valve and vacuum pump which is located on the top of the engine. Check for EVAP codes. If present have repaired immediately. If the self test vacuum test sticks on vacuum it can collapse the gas tank like sucking on an empty beer can. Check your owners manual under fuel filling. The caution will be there.
