P0171 DODGE - Fuel System 1/1 Lean.... Possible causes; Intake air leaks, Faulty front heated oxygen sensor, Ignition misfiring, Faulty fuel injectors, Exhaust gas leaks, Incorrect fuel pressure, Lack of fuel, Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, Incorrect Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose connection..... If the P0171 is combined with the P0174 code, it's very likely that the problem is caused by an intake leak. If there are no intake leaks, the next step is to replaced the air filter and clean the air flow meter. If the problem persist the front oxygen (O2) sensor may need to be replaced......P1128 DODGE - Closed Loop Fueling Not Achieved Bank 1.... Possible causes; Fuel delivery system, Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor or wiring connectors, O2 sensor wiring or connectors, Engine mechanical system, Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM).... Start by checking the battery charge and terminals, and alternator charging. If the battery and alternator are OK, the Totally Integrated Power Module may be damage.......P1129 DODGE - Closed Loop Fueling Not Achieved Bank 2.... Possible causes; Fuel delivery system, Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor or wiring connectors, MAP sensor or wiring connectors O2 sensor wiring or connectors, Engine mechanical system....The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects a condition where the vehicle has remained in open loop fuel control, from a start-up condition, longer than a calibrated amount of time, when conditions would have otherwise closed loop operation.
