My 2008 Volkswagen Jetta Keeps throwing
code P0304 we replaced the spark plugs and
coils twice all of them and it still doing the
same thing melting the tip off of the number
for spark plug

I would like to see a better photo but it appears you either are using the wrong plugs or have detonation damage.

Yeah a cleaner photo would help but from what i can see the center electrode looks like its still there, if this was a really lean condition i believe it would be more melted as well and the entire plug wouldnt be so black and sooty, im guessing a detonation issue
That spark plug was only in there for about five days and went less than 30 miles and it’s a Volkswagen spark plug specifically for that Jetta already tossed it and got Another one thinking maybe it was the wrong gap even though they come pre-gapped checked it it was right in stalled it made it 8 miles down the road it started doing it again and melted the tip off of it to

I was thinking maybe check the timing of the engine. Could be a timing issue. Then I saw this was years ago, Did you ever find out what the issue was?
