2011 ram 1500 5.7 hemi with a couple codes

hi i have a 2011 ram 1500 5.7 hemi with a couple of codes first 1 is p0456
small evap leak. with that 1 while i was changing my fuel pump i cracked the
nipple on the charcoal filter. my fix was to get a piece of metal brake line and
cutting it knocking it in the hole with some epoxy an letting it cure.                    
my second code is p0457 gas cap leak but i got to fix the evap leak first .           
my 3 code is p0128 bad thermostat i already changed the thermostat but its
still throwing code so not sure next step.                                                              
next code is p0344 crank shaft postion sensor i changed out the sensor but
again code still comes on an my traction control light comes on                               
an last but not least code c121c not ure what this is so any suggestion on any
of these code it would be greatly appreciated     thanks in advance
