2002 2.8lt V6 intermittent mis-firing while driving

replaced spark plugs leads and distributor - repaired some vacuum hoses.
Still miss fires esp at lower speeds going up hills in traffic... I need to sell this
but nobody will buy until resolved.

Possible causes; Faulty spark plug (s), Faulty ignition coil (s), Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s), Intake air leak, Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted, Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection, Ignition coils harness is open or shorted, Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection, Insufficient cylinders compression, Incorrect fuel pressure.

thanks replaced plugs today... seemed to help, but will check cylinder pressures and a garage did a smoke test (did't tell me the answer) and i have noted oil around plugs on the 456 side. Thank you for this - now i have a list to tick off! Kind regards

My guess would be chain tensioners are not fully compressing giving a slight timing problem.
