Seat belts are locked no play, next time they work fine . Unlocked then locked no reasoning to it

if you are a heaver person and you pull the seat belt all the way out it will ratchet and lock going back in, if you don't pull it all the way out it will act normal'

Having the same problem. Both stick then I'll get in another time and both work fine. It's acting like I slammed on the brakes. It's not ever one or the other, always both and I cannot seem to find the factor that causes or fixes it.
