I have a 98 Sebring conv. the trans is stuck in 2nd gear when in drive. I changed the solenoid and still no better. Any thoughts where to go next? I have had suggestions of a bad wire in the harness. Any help would be a bonus at this point.

it is a bad wire-my girls car same problem - went 2 my buddies transmission shop couldn't find problem - went down street hit a pothole & it started working again .so, i went back 2 him & he found the break it's a small wire harness @ front of motor
