Nissan battery dead ... manual key won’t open door

My car battery died.  I used the manual key in the
key fob, opened the door, and got in the car.  I
needed to wait for my dad to jump the car, but it
was getting late so we decided to do it the next
morning.  I manually locked each door by pushing
the locks.  The next day, I went to use the manual
key to get in the car, and it suddenly will not open
the door.  It turns, but it doesn’t open.  There are no
keyholes anywhere but in the driver’s side door.  
Any ideas?

Is there any way to disengage the anti theft system? Some people were saying to use the manual key and hold it for thirty seconds? Didn’t work. With this quarantine, I’m willing to try anything I can to not get outside help!
