SuperTECH refrigerant on 2012 Nissan Altima

So I just bought SuperTech refrigerant for my 2012
Nissan Altima because the AC isn’t working. My
thing is the hose that’s suppose to connect to the
low pressure gauge isn’t fitting. What do I do ?

How is the refrigerant get out of the can? Unless my hose is broken? It doesn’t pierce the can?
