Question type: Maintenance & Repair

-I have checked the HPFP and there are no metal shavings.
-Emptied the fuel tank and filled half full of fresh diesel fuel
-Installed dealer purchased in-tank fuel pump, inline fuel pump and the fuel
filter.
-New Air Filter
-New Oil and Filter

What is the quickest/easiest way to check the turbo?

Since no one answered, I will answer my own question. I bought this as a no start, so I had no idea if it would run. I disconnected the EGR Tube and the car fired right up and ran great. Lot's of smoke and a big mess though, so I put a rag over the end of the EGR tube and that helped with the mess. If your in this situation, Start disconnecting the exhaust piece by piece to see where it's plugged. Start with the exhaust flap to make sure it's opening, then blow through each peace of exhaust all the way to the manifold. I did that all the way until I disconnected the DPF and pushed it aside enough to get my finer in the turbo and trued to spin it and it was locked solid. A new Turbo fixed it. FCPEuro has new turbos for a reasonable price, everywhere else I looked had rebuilt ones. Hope this helps someone!
