Thinking about a 2012-13 Audi A7. what issues might I be worried about?

what issues are known or worrisome on these cars.  I put about 40k miles per year on my car and need to know the expected lifespan of these with regular maintenance.

No one can tell you better then your audi dealer for standard maintence of your car. for all other issues check out this website. http://www.carcomplaints.com/Audi/A4/2013/
