I had my Q5 detailed at Audi dealer now my radio comes on when ever a door is opened, why?

I had my Q5 interior detailed at my Audi dealer. They did a great job,.However,
now even when the radio is off, it comes on when I open or unlock the car.
Audi can't figure out how to fix it.
