Dan, I live in New England salt is one thing we have tons of in the winter. The rims look like crap and I am disapointed it looks like I will need to purchase new rims or have them reworked over the winter.

i have the same problem i live in the capital region of NY, i keep a set of winter wheels and tires for my truck, to avoid ruining my nice "summer" wheels

thats THE solution change'em out about Nov. 1st and leave them on 'till May Day that way all the salt from the previous winter has a chance to get flushed away with the spring rains (APRIL SHOWERS)

i agree, but seriously if a spare set of wheels is unaffordable, like it was for me. i used to coat my wheels in bees wax in the winter. sure i got some funny looks but they never bubbled haha
