What would cause both the sliding door closing motors on a 2012 Town & Country, Touring L, when actuated by the center post buttons?

Both sliding doors simultaneously ceased to close using the interior center post buttons.  Both doors will still power open and close when  using the overhead buttons.

It made sense, but no change effected. Both switches were in the unlock position.
