Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I purchased the car with 107,000 miles on it and now has 128,000 miles,  The
dealer told me I need the following service.  Spark Plug Replacement, $549.52
Valve Adjustment $974.16 and Timing Belt Replacement $1250.  I live in the
DFW area.  Is that a good price?

Go to an independent shop and save a lot of money.

I am not a Honda guy but very few cars these days need a valve adjustment. Do your research and see if they are scamming you.
