i have a 2005 dodge durango hemi limited addition we changed the oil in it the other day and did not relize we used synthetic can i empty it and put conventional back in

Yes you can drain it out if you like,but that said,synthetic oil is better than conventional oil,if your car is use to running it.But there is a down side,if you run it,you will need to continue running it. Just my thought,s .
