There could be a host of things causing your issue, look for a vacuum leak around the throttle body, check the hoses, clean the throttle body and check the throttle body sensor, you could have a bad MAP sensor, clogged catalytic converter or bad O2 Sensors. Clogged injectors....

Wiggle the lowest cluster of wires about 6 inch away from where the it plugs into pcm right where it's not stiff (broken wire )

I know this is old but I Have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my truck for a month I threw a cam positioning sensor code put a new coat in and now I had a hard start I could crank for 30 seconds before it started I have with you everything timing everything crankshaft and my final result was I had to buy a Sensor from the dealership put it in and fires right up so if you’re having problems with the camp positioning sensor after changing I know it sucks to buy another part but by the part from the dealership I hope this helps someone else out
