Would have a look at your fuses if you have not already done so. If you have a volt meter test the camshaft sensor to make sure that is putting out the correct voltage or any at all. There are some how to's online for this. The other idea might be the fuel cut off relay. Would check for power there if no gas to the rail. See if your getting power there. It may be possible to run a jumper there temporarily just to see if it runs. The back or side of the relay should show in schematic form how the relay is wired. Hopefully it's not module related and it's something simple like the relay. Good Luck!
