Why aren't the power windows and sun roof on my 2006 Altima working?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
All power windows and power sunroof are not working. Fusible link under hood for windows is good. Fuses for "electronic parts" under dash are good. OBDII scan of Body Control Module shows no faults and there isn't even a sub menu for power windows.

the sunroof relay might be bad~ https://www.google.com/#q=2006+Altima+sunroof+relay&tbm=shop&spd= 13377996637443591168 ...still am always suspecting a bad ground...1/0 cable connection to the frame...wirebrush all the corrosion off of that connection~

....again...the power windows all have relays....each one~ https://www.google.com/#q=2006+Altima+power+windows+relay&tbm=shop &spd=4825379189176065284

and they have one thing in common...the chassis ground...wirebrush the lug that connects the chassis....wirebrush the chassis...get a NEW battery if yours is older than five...tin/antimony batteries (NO LEAD) anymore....knock off labels on the top of the battery will identify the month and year of the first charge~
Is it possible for all 5 relays to go bad at once ? I read something earlier that said that after 2004 the power windows on Altimas were handled by the BCM so I was checking for a fault there instead of a relay....
Changed the battery a couple of months ago.....before windows and sunroof went out... cleaned all connections at the batt but I'll check the ground contact to frame...

well yes...the BCM...I could shop for one of those, if you would like...you could check for the presence of this as well...I came up with relays...they could both be correct depending on the city of the manufacturing facility~...still the chassis ground is corroded and offering varying voltages and varying amperages to the most important device...the ECM~

well you should test the voltage at the switch~ should be up to snuff~
