Did you load test the battery? Voltage is good but you also need enough cold cranking amps (CCA) to be able to crank the engine. The CCA will be printed on the top of the battery. Hope that helps! Jim

Install a new battery if it will not crank with a jump with another car. Even if it dose start, check the battery voltage again after it has run for about a half hour and see if it has come back to 14V or so. If not, swap out the old battery for a new one.

Check you have a good ground to the engine from the ground of the battery. The ground to the engine from the battery is the ground for the starter .
