My radiator fluid and my transmission fluid looks the same. They both look like chocolate milk. I was told that my coolant is mixing with my transmission fluid, but could this be a blown head gasket?

I have a 1991 Honda Accord wagon and I put it in reverse and then drive and when I put it in park it want come out of park now
