The driver side keyhole is broke and the car battery is dead so I can't unlock the doors that way, how can I get in?

Slim jim on the door. Option 2 is to pop the hood from outside but this is usually very hard. I would assume that on a '08 there is little to no access from the bottom. Or can you access the cab through the trunk?

A slim-jim won't work on this one. Call AAA or a locksmith. They have wedges and air-bags that allow them to pull the door away from the body a little. Then they will have to try to pull the inside hood release with a hook rod. The only other option I can think of, is to get quotes on which window is the cheapest to replace (Half joking). Call the locksmith first.
