Radio in my 2012 Grand Caravan Crew is not working

I just purchased a used 2012 Grand Caravan Crew ( with 97K miles). I
push the power button on the radio dial so that the power will come on. The
display seems to show that it is on and tuned to stations. It has no sound at
all. When I push the button for the Sirius radio. That does have sound.
However only brief for 2 to 3 seconds. Then it is interrupted briefly ( usually
a second) then it comes back on. Only to be interrupted again. I really want
to listen to the radio. Seeing how I drive a lot for my carpet cleaning
company that I own. Please help.

I would try pulling the fuse to the radio and see if that resets it.

tracker - did you ever figure this out? my '14 grand caravan started doing this yesterday. its got me baffled. thanks!

The anntenae connection is failing. Common for this vehicle
Did anyone fix there problem with the Radio for 2012 Dodge Caravan ?
My 2012 dodge radio doing same thing sat radio works sometimes nut no am/fm at all can't figure it out dealership wants 135.00 Just to put it on computer to tell me what's wrong. I know what's wrong radio doesn't work.
Same happening to me, some times the satellite radio volumes work, sometimes it doesn’t, this is driving me crazy, I drive a lot daily and now with not music. If someone find out what’s wrong, please, let me know.
