lost power to windows, moonroof and radio

Sounds like a few circuits went bye bye, check for blown main fuse in the power distribution box under the hood. You may also want to check the power box for overheat damage, sometimes you need to unbolt it and look underneath it, if the box is burnt then it will need replaced.
