Truck died while driving now has slow crank and
will not fire

It could be many things. We would need more details to help. Post more info below. If your on the side of the road, have it towed to your house or a garage for repair.

Heard ticking lost all power then died on the side of the road tried to start turned over very slow had it towed home changed all lifters rods new gaskets thought it was a bad lifter but it is still turning over slow with no fire with a brand new battery
