Dear Lilliana delanor-- If you are ever going to do any work on your car yourself, this is the place to start. It is barely harder than driving through the car wash. First, find a good parts counterman at an auto parts store or dealer. Tell him what you need and he will probably even give you a few pointers how to do it. I would like you to go to the following site for a brief tutorial (http://autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/04/d0/00/0900823d8004d000.jsp) and after reading that you should be ready to go. It is often a good idea to change the spark plug wires at the same time you are doing the plugs. Just remember to put them back in the right order. Please write back when you are ready to move on to a more difficult task. We will have you doing a brake job in no time. Good luck from Bovan.
