what would make antifreeze come out of the tail pipe on a 2003 dodge caravan 3,3l

Let it run and the exhaust pressure should blow it out.
If not you will have to take the tail pipe off and drain it that way.
Could be a blown head gasket or cracked cylinder head. Make sure that the coolant is actually coming out of the exhaust and not leaking from somewhere.

I assume the anti freeze coming out is coming out as smoke. Agree with Bob as far as a head gasket or crack somewhere. Anti freeze, in my limited understanding, can only get out of the engine either by a visible leak or drip, or out your tailpipe. If it's out the tailpipe, then it's coming out of the cylinder.
