May need a tune-up, cleaning the MAF and a new air filter, run some fuel injection cleaner threw the gas, clean the throttle body, check for vacuum leaks, stuff like that.

I need to add some performance parts... Where and what is best to start with

A cold air intake, K&N, and a bully dog performance chip, and maybe upgrade the exhaust is about all you can do without tearing into the engine.

With the cold air intake, filter, chip, and exhaust around how much more horse power should I expect?

I'd guess about 25hp.
