Auto shift clunk noise under drivers seat

4 wheel auto has a clunk in it under drivers side when I put it in auto, it
clunks when it hits 2nd to 3rd,  so I don't use it.  Two drive is good, no
problem.  What could it be?  Maybe Transfer Case???  I need help.

Most likely it is, I had to replace my transfer case in my Silverado. But as always you should check the front driveline joints first.
